About Meghan Willis

Meghan Willis is a relational, direct, and supportive leader with over 15 years of experience serving and working in churches and an additional five years in community nonprofits. She helps families and leaders grow spiritually while equipping teams to operate with clarity, cohesion, and purpose.

With a Master's in Nonprofit Management, Meghan brings expertise in systems thinking, organizational development, and strategic planning to every role she undertakes. She has led workshops, conferences, and leadership training across churches and nonprofits and has experience in grant work, volunteer engagement, and event planning. For the last 12 years, she has worked with LCBC Church in Pennsylvania, formerly Parker Hill Church.

Meghan's passion is helping families thrive, making faith accessible, and equipping spiritually healthy leaders — because she knows that healthy leadership fuels strong organizations and vibrant communities.

  • Identity, Calling & Values Alignment — Facilitated reflection to help individuals clarify what shapes them spiritually and how that influences leadership and relationships.
